Whatever really happened to reinhart1010.id in 2025.
Hello, World!
In 2025, we planned to bring some really exciting upgrades to our main website, reinhart1010.id. And that plan didn't work even until the end of this year.
We don't consider it much a failure since Reinhart is also working hard to live a better personal life, not to mention his new coursework for Master of Cybersecurity. But of course, we're quite anxious with the incoming issues that keep plaguing our web infrastructure, including:
- Hostinger, who acquired Niagahoster, changed our main site's IP addresses multiple times. That means, to keep our websites and e-mail addresses running as usual, we have to manually change our ever-growing DNS entries (as in Cloudflare).
- Reinhart needs to shorten his typical site maintenance times for study, life chores, and research. So, we're almost done with (self-hosted) Odoo's and WordPress' downtime, monitoring GitHub Actions workflows and Cloudflare Workers, maintaining our internal projects like HAM and T-3000. This also negatively impacts his contributions in maintaining the tldr-pages projects too!
- Reinhart also took his time researching for Shift of Worlds and Nations. Yep, the Christian VTuber project. Since many of our stories (and real-world website projects) could depend on the new lore which Reinhart is trying to revise, we have to halt writing, or in our own words,
print()-ing. - Will reinhart1010.id be a professional website? Well, a reason we exist in this website is to obscure much of Reinhart's real identities by request of his family, because of internal personal/family matters. But that was 4 years ago, even his sister now have to go even more public than before—something that he already believed and predicted since, well, 4 years ago!
Long story short, we're Shift-ing that our priorities are Shift-ing, too. And that's why we are able to conduct significant works on our beloved websites after Monash University's end-of-year semester breaks.
What now?
This new website, blog.shiftine.sh, is quite unplanned, but necessary to temporarily test our upcoming web infrastructure, and also, test our upcoming new (VTuber) lore! And speaking of VTubers, here's a sneak peek of…

You might already note that this post is written by "Shift, the boy". So, is there "Shift, the girl," and what about Shiftine? That question is also the reason why we're splitting away from the main website, that we can now even freely discuss the lore around us without affecting much of Reinhart's professional image in the cyberspace, for the years to come.
And sure, we decided to rename Shiftine into just, "Shift, the girl" for 2 major reasons. First, well the girl clearly influenced the boy to be Shift, per the previous lore. And second, Shift is no longer just about the character(s). Shift is a species (like Pokémon) that multiplies in the same energy of that Shiftine-as-a-Service (SaaS) thing.
We also hope that this simple change will help translators better translate our names into essentially any language's definition of "Shift-boy" and "Shift-girl", or "Shift (male)" and "Shift (female)". For (#- )s, we just named them the "root-kids", which is a pun on "rootkits" (Wikipedia), and each character to be named "root, the boy" and "root, the girl" respectively.
Speaking of the new web infrastructure, we're making it as static as possible. For now we decided to halt our ambitious UI/UX design in exchange to something as simple as possible while we switched CMSes from WordPress, to Wagtail, and now, Publii.
We realized that part of our strength is our writings, not the code, not the projects. And after these years, we decided to keep do what makes us the best.
Our interim name for this blog post is perhaps the most inspiring promise of quality we can ever give: Command (>_ ) Executed.
